About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of purehyperbaric.com and to general inquiries about services and products offered by Pure Hyperbaric LLC (“Pure Hyperbaric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Pure Hyperbaric provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions and sells hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers. Please read these terms before using the website or requesting a service or product.
Additional terms presented when you book or pay through ClubReady, buy a package or membership, complete a screening or consent form, or purchase a chamber may apply to that transaction. If a specific checkout, signed, or written purchase agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the specific terms govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions govern memberships, packages, and hyperbaric sessions purchased from Pure Hyperbaric LLC (“Pure Hyperbaric”).
Membership and Automatic Billing
Your membership requires a minimum commitment of two (2) biweekly billing cycles. After the initial commitment, your membership automatically continues until canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
Membership dues are charged every fourteen (14) days, rather than monthly. You agree to timely pay all membership dues and other applicable charges. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided in a written promotional offer.
Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, you must submit written notice by email to hello@purehyperbaric.com. Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted.
Cancellation requires twenty-eight (28) days’ notice. Any regularly scheduled membership payments falling within that notice period remain due. Cancellation does not eliminate the initial two-cycle minimum commitment.
Membership billing will end after the applicable notice period and minimum commitment have been satisfied. Unused membership hyperbaric sessions expire twenty-eight (28) days after the final membership payment, or on their original expiration date, whichever occurs first.
These provisions do not limit cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
Membership Hyperbaric Sessions and Suspensions
Membership hyperbaric sessions expire twenty-eight (28) days after issuance and do not roll over beyond that period. Unused hyperbaric sessions have no cash value.
Membership suspensions are not available, except as required by law or expressly agreed to in writing by Pure Hyperbaric.
Appointment Timing and Duration
Each hyperbaric session is scheduled for a specific appointment time. You must arrive with sufficient time to complete any required preparation and be ready to begin at that time.
Your hyperbaric session must begin within five (5) minutes of the scheduled appointment time. If it does not, the session may be reduced by ten (10) minutes. Late arrival does not extend your appointment’s scheduled end time.
Hyperbaric sessions last no longer than seventy (70) minutes total, including pressurization and depressurization. Time at the selected pressure will vary.
Session duration may be reduced based on your comfort, needs, request, or safety considerations. A shorter session does not automatically entitle you to a refund, replacement session, or prorated credit, except as required by law. Pressurization and depressurization must follow applicable safety procedures.
Appointment Cancellation and No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least twelve (12) hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations may be submitted through the booking system, where available, or by emailing hello@purehyperbaric.com.
If you cancel fewer than twelve hours before your appointment, you will forfeit the hyperbaric session credit and incur a $50 late cancellation fee, charged to your payment method on file.
If you fail to attend without canceling, you will forfeit the hyperbaric session credit and incur a $50 no-show fee, charged to your payment method on file.
Only one late cancellation or no-show fee will apply to the same missed appointment.
Health Screening and Client Responsibilities
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may not be suitable for everyone. You are responsible for consulting your primary care physician or another appropriately licensed healthcare professional about whether participation is suitable for you.
Before participating, you must complete all required screening questionnaires and acknowledgments accurately and honestly. You must disclose known contraindications, relevant health concerns, and changes in your health or medications that could affect safe participation. If you are uncertain whether something is relevant, consult a licensed healthcare professional before your hyperbaric session.
You agree to:
- Review the contraindication and safety information provided to you.
- Obtain medical clearance when requested or recommended.
- Notify staff of relevant changes before each hyperbaric session.
- Follow staff instructions and chamber safety requirements.
- Immediately report ear or sinus pain, difficulty equalizing pressure, breathing difficulty, anxiety, or other discomfort.
- Request assistance or ask to end the hyperbaric session if you feel unwell.
Completing a questionnaire or being permitted to participate does not constitute medical clearance or establish that participation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Pure Hyperbaric may defer, shorten, or stop a hyperbaric session when a safety concern arises or request clearance from a licensed healthcare professional before allowing participation.
Client responsibilities do not replace Pure Hyperbaric’s responsibilities for appropriate screening, equipment operation, monitoring, and safe procedures.
Medical Advice and Results
Information provided through our website, promotional materials, or general staff communications is educational and does not replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All questions concerning medical suitability, contraindications, medications, symptoms, or treatment decisions should be directed to your primary care physician or another appropriately licensed healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking medical care or change prescribed treatment based on information from Pure Hyperbaric.
Individual experiences and results vary. Pure Hyperbaric does not guarantee a particular health, recovery, performance, or wellness outcome.
Hyperbaric sessions involve risks associated with increased pressure and oxygen exposure. Participation requires completion of any separate informed consent and acknowledgment of risks provided by Pure Hyperbaric. These Terms and Conditions do not replace that process.
Hyperbaric Session Packages
Standard retail-priced hyperbaric session packages expire six (6) months from the purchase date.
Promotional packages may have different expiration dates or restrictions, as disclosed in the applicable offer. Unused hyperbaric sessions have no cash value. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Promotional Offers
The written terms of a promotional offer take precedence over conflicting provisions of this Agreement only for the matters specifically addressed by that offer, including pricing, minimum commitment, included hyperbaric sessions, and expiration dates.
All other provisions of this Agreement remain applicable.
Payment Authorization
By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, you authorize Pure Hyperbaric LLC and its payment service providers to charge your designated payment method for biweekly membership dues and other charges expressly authorized by this Agreement.
Biweekly membership dues will be charged on your established billing date and every fourteen days thereafter. You authorize these recurring charges without physically presenting your payment method for each transaction.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. A declined payment does not cancel your membership or eliminate amounts lawfully owed.
Past-due amounts may accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum lawful rate, whichever is lower. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Pricing and Policies
Pure Hyperbaric may update membership pricing and these terms with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice, subject to applicable law and any existing written commitment.
Changes will apply prospectively. Material changes requiring additional consent under applicable law will not take effect without that consent.
Acknowledgment
By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions, including recurring billing, cancellation requirements, expiration dates, appointment fees, and your responsibilities concerning health disclosures and safe participation.
You understand that separate screening forms and informed consent documents may also be required.
Chamber inquiries and sales
Descriptions, images, specifications, and prices for chambers on this website are informational and may be updated. Submitting a chamber inquiry does not place an order, reserve equipment, or guarantee availability. Any chamber sale, including final specifications, price, deposit, delivery, installation, training, warranty, returns, and related responsibilities, will be governed by the quote, order form, or other written agreement provided for that purchase.
Website use and third-party services
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about Pure Hyperbaric and its offerings. Please do not interfere with the website, try to access areas or information without authorization, or submit false, harmful, or unlawful content through its forms. Website text, branding, imagery, and other materials belong to Pure Hyperbaric or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.
The website may link to ClubReady and other third-party sites or services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep website information accurate and available, but content and features can change or be interrupted. Please confirm important details, including pricing, schedules, suitability, and chamber specifications, before relying on them or completing a purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively replace the specific terms of a completed purchase unless the applicable agreement and law allow it.
