About Pure Hyperbaric
Pure Hyperbaric LLC (“Pure Hyperbaric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions and sells hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through purehyperbaric.com, inquiries, bookings, payments, health screening, and related communications.
Information we collect
The website inquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, and whether you are interested in a studio experience, a chamber purchase, or both. We also receive information you choose to provide when you contact us.
When you book or pay for sessions through ClubReady, booking, account, membership or package, and transaction information may be processed by ClubReady and its payment providers. We do not ask you to enter payment-card information into the general website inquiry form.
For hyperbaric sessions, we collect responses to health-screening questionnaires completed online or in person. These responses may include information about health conditions, contraindications, or participation requirements. Please do not send detailed medical records or histories through the general inquiry form or ordinary email.
Our website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and security or diagnostic logs. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for site functionality, security, usage measurement, and advertising measurement when those tools are enabled.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide requested session or chamber information; manage bookings, payments, memberships, and packages; review screening responses and administer sessions; communicate with you about services; operate and secure the website; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations. We also send promotional emails and text messages, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
ClubReady bookings and payments
ClubReady supports session booking, customer accounts, memberships or packages, and payments. Information you provide directly in ClubReady is also subject to ClubReady’s applicable privacy notice and terms. Payment service providers may process transaction information needed to complete your purchase.
Health-screening information
We collect screening responses directly from customers through online or in-person questionnaires so we can evaluate participation in requested hyperbaric sessions, identify whether additional clearance may be needed, and administer the service. The categories of information collected depend on the questions presented and the responses you provide. The source is the questionnaire you submit, whether completed online or in person. Screening responses may be consumer health data under applicable law.
The online screening questionnaire is hosted and maintained internally by Pure Hyperbaric LLC, and completed responses are kept in our internal records. Screening information is reviewed by Pure Hyperbaric personnel for screening and session administration. We do not use a separate online questionnaire provider to collect those responses. The general website inquiry form does not ask for medical history or treatment details.
You may email hello@purehyperbaric.com with the subject “Privacy Request” to ask whether we hold health-screening information about you, request access or correction, request deletion, ask about applicable disclosures, or withdraw consent where applicable. Please do not include detailed medical information in the initial email. We may verify your identity, explain our decision, and handle requests in accordance with applicable law. If we deny a request, you may use the same address to appeal that decision.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to support website hosting, WordPress forms, business email, bookings, payments, communications, and related operations. These include our website host, ClubReady and its payment providers, and Microsoft 365 for business email. Our screening questionnaire and its completed responses are maintained internally by Pure Hyperbaric LLC; the underlying website and systems infrastructure may still involve service providers. We may disclose information to providers as needed to perform their services, when you direct us to do so, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable law. We do not publish form submissions on the website.
Analytics and advertising tools may be active on the website at different times. When enabled, their providers may receive device, browser, and website-interaction information through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. These third parties may collect information about a visitor’s activity over time and across different websites or online services, including activity that could reveal interest in health-related services.
Promotional emails and text messages
We send promotional emails and text messages about services, offers, and updates. You can opt out of promotional emails using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of promotions does not prevent service-related communications that are otherwise permitted.
Cookies and third-party websites

Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, respond to inquiries, keep appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain disclosures. Email hello@purehyperbaric.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe your request without including detailed medical information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before materially changing how consumer health data is used or shared.
